(On Each Concrete Pour Segment) o Calculate material requisition of reinforcement’s dia wise by working estimate to complete quantities initially. o Preparation of report for Sub- Contractor Paid Vs Claimed Vs Material procured conciliation statement month wise. Quality checking and rolling margin analysis of reinforcements on each batch of material received. o Creates and encourages two-way communication opportunities, demonstrates and promotes positive prospect with client, and effectively builds & maintain good work relationships. Proactively addresses and manages conflict and disputes in works to achieve constructive resolution. o Quality checking as per standards, execution as per specifications, drawings and preparing measurements for vendor bills of all Finishing Works at project site. o Timely Completion of allocated works as per Work Breakdown structure and schedules. Maintain good relation with client and getting quality checklist sign on time. o Preparation of Joint measurement and site orders records from deviated simulated items from drawings. o Preparation of vendor Rate analysis, technical methodologies for finishing items from legal Analysis of rates booklets (Dar, Dsr, cpwd etc.).

Maintain project cost margin by controlling indirect cost roll outs. o Project Monitoring & Updating Schedule Chart to projecting accurate dead line to avoid Liquidity damages. o Preparation of rate analysis for deviated Non-BOQ Items, extra claims due to change in technical specifications as per Analysis of Rates in contract booklets. Grip on the International Building Standards and technical specifications. o Vendor rate contract negotiation and create informative LOI technical & commercial bid finalization with vendors, vendor mobilization & development, collecting methodology for specialized Works from vendors and take approval from client. Monitoring & rating of vendor performance thru vendor progressive MIS reports. o Material Requisition & Procurement of construction materials by analyzing privileged market rates. Knowledge on construction tax structures, recoverable debits such as retentions, PBG, RBG, DLP & LD clauses. o Preparation of report for Sub- Contractor Paid Vs Claimed Conciliation Statement, bulk materials, steel and cement reconciliation statement, cost variation Statement against Client Progressive Invoice. Complete Analysis of Client Bill of Quantities, Contract Documents and other tender documents. Knowledge on construction tax structures, deductions, bank guarantees etc. o Creates and encourages two-way communication opportunities, demonstrates and promotes positive prospect with client, and effectively builds & maintain good work relationships.
