Job Profile

 Responsible for the management of all processes, procedures, key members, teams, outputs, invoices, deliverables and handling any problems that come up during production.  Monitor the production workflow, revising the schedule and controlling overheads to keep the project on time and within budget  Liase with the clients directly and ensure the priorities, broadcast delivery guidelines, requirements and technical specifications.  Implementing errands between the clients, production team and other departments  Coordinate and monitor the flow of manuscript between teams like Assets, Animation, Lighting & Compositing, VFX, Editors and Production units  Supporting Production Head/VP Of Production and ensure successful management of the show  Facilitating the artists and supervisors in completion of their work  Supervising Production Management, Coordinators and Assistants in their day to day operations and ensuring the good organisation of information  Researching and gathering informative materials necessary for the execution of the production processes  Involving in maintaining the project documents like project plan, monthly plan, closure reports, productivity reports, resource plan and monthly project status.  Coordinating with the client requirements as per the feedback & Director requirements.
