(PFC, PFMEA, PROCESS SHEET, JIG FIX LIST etc.) • Preparation of FACILITY PLANNING SHEET, DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE, ASSY. LINE CONCEPT ,PFC ,CONTROL PLAN ,PROCESS SHEET & PFMEA, JIG FIX CONCEPTS (PROTOTYPE, PRELAUNCH,PRODUCTION) as per time line.(APQP) • Carrying out 5s & KAIZEN activites. • Closing NCs,CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS etc. • Preparing Secondary tool concepts • Cpk & Ppk study • Process QUALIFICATION & VALIDATION. • Preparation of PROJECT FILE for audit. • Executing INTERNAL AUDITS. • Deveplopment & evaluation of PACKAGING for various product as per customer standard (OEM & SPD) • Assembly line handling- o Increase productivity as per demand. o TAKT TIME ,CYCLE TIME calculations,identifying BOTTLENECKS o Provide ideas for LINE BALANCING,re-layout activities for line improvement,manual to AUTOMATIC PROCESS conversion. o POKAYOKE implementation. o Material handling on assembly line. o Carrying out SMEDs o Cost reducion PROJCET WOKED ON -: . SUZUKI XF-111(Fuel tank cap, Ignition Switch,Seat lock), HERO-AATA( Fuel tank cap,Ignition Switch,Seat & Side lock ) ,HERO -ABGA(Ignition Switch & Seat lock) ,JCB-DOOR HANDLE BACK HOE ,TAFE (Illumination ring).
