Products: CASA, TPP and Asset Products (Personal Loan, Home Loan, LAP, Two Wheeler Loan, OATD, SEL Loans & so on) Territory: Karnal, Gharonda, Asandh, Kaithal, Ambala, Kurukshetra, and Shahbad Key Responsibilities: • Be the face of the bank in the given geography for all the segments • Be able to Drive Team and Business in the Market • Achievement of incremental number and value targets for Liabilities (CA, SA, NR, FD); and fee products revenue from third party product (MF, LI, GI, & other fee products), wealth Management • Build a healthy liability and business banking book along with preparing sales plan for the branch • Prepare and track product wise - liabilities, fee - AOP for the full financial year • Handling a team of 25 team members including DSC head, DSC officers and visit to DSCs on a monthly basis • Prepare and review monthly activity calendar of outbound activities of BSM / BDEs • Review all employees in the branch quarterly and monitoring DSRs on a regular basis • Review productivity of BSM /ABH, CROs/TELLER, BDEs on a weekly basis • Conduct Daily Morning Huddles to discuss daily plan and agenda for the employees • Ensure proper on - boarding of all new customers acquired • Track inflow outflow reports, account closures, FD renewals, FD closures, overdue FD, locker occupancy, Sales and the daily business generation • Maintain quality of customer acquisition through sourcing mix and on - boarding process • Lead management proper assignment and closure of leads • Tapping markets or customer segments within the catchment of the branch, which are hitherto untapped, to increase the GL Base of the branch • Business continuity planning for the branch along with security, surveillance and branch administration • Sole in charge of approval, disbursement, recovery and review of delinquent cases of Personal Loans • Working on CBS banking software and achievement of branch Customer Service Scores target • Nil Critical Requests, Nil Escalations in the branch and complaint resolution on time • Implement centrally - originated projects on customer service, automation, processes and compliance in the branch Highlights: • Secured deposit of INR 2.10 Crore by sourcing 345 Savings & Current Accounts on the very first day of branch opening in 2015 • Augmented revenue by 100% and market share by 100% through implementation of (sales & marketing) strategies • Amplified customer base by 100% through maintaining effective relationships, and better customer service and penetration of catchment mapping)
